Use protective head gears while participating in activities like horse riding, baseball, skiing, cycling, wrestling, boxing etc.
Using seat belts on every trip, no matter how short. Make sure all passengers buckle up too. Buckling children in age and size appropriate car seats, booster seats, and seat belts. Kids age 12 and under should be properly buckled in the back seat.
